Now the troops have the means to "hit the beaches" without getting their feet wet (much ).  Also you can see the GOLD BEACH map which is the first mission of the British campaign (mini-map). |

Well most boats{landing} had turrets at the rear of superstructure.
Thease pictures seem not in keeping.

I still say that landing craft had means of defence allso.
Thease seem to have none.

things are good ever here , i don't think it ad a lot when you put a machine gun on that landing craft if you ask me anyway i am looking forward to play this game online .
i hope this time that AL the blitzkrieg-players make there way to this 1 .
because i only can play Kurks with people i know .....still great fun and so much better than the original .

Hi Foxy & Robin, This is the LCA the above model represents. It was the most numerous Landing Craft Assault vessel used by the British/Canadians during D-Day. It has a MG position and wheel house at the bow of the boat (look closely ). www.milicast.com/british/LCA.shtmlAdrian |
