Hi,previously you said that the British/Canadian campaign will be focused around Caen ,my question regarding this one is will the focus be only on battles before Caen fall or you will focus also on battles after Caen fall and British/Canadian forces were trying to move South to help Americans in their breakthrough?
Will you use Different textures for all German units(Pz Lehr-Division,21st Panzer Division,1st SS-Panzerdivision Leibstandarte and etc) like it was the case in Mission Kursk.Same question goes for Allied units.
Is the list of new units that you gave us today complete or you plan to ad more units such:American DUKW,10.5cm-FH/18-40 and Selbsfahrlafette 7,5cm-Pak 40(if i am not wrong this two were conversations from 38 H and all of them were serving in 21Pz Division).

Hi Ilija,
The British/Canadian campaign will cover fighting from Gold Beach all the way to Operation Goodwood. While the American campaign will cover the initial fighting towards St.Lo and then the breakdown during Operation Cobra.
Yes, the German units will have differing texture skins to reflect the units engaged in Normandy. As will the British/Canadian, although this will only be minor insigna changes.
The new unit list is fairly upto date, although a few more units may well get included. DUKW we will not be including as this was really not an assault vehicle. Again if we included all of 21st Panzer Becker units the list would grow by quite a bit, thus we are limiting it to a few prime units.

Hi it,s me again ,eventually i will become boring ;D but until than i will try to find out more about this add on if it is possible (just to kill my hunger).
So my questions would be.
Can you tell us or give us some hint on that how many missions will have or you plan to have each campaign?
Do you plan to implement naval artillery?
From what i have read about this battles i found out that allies were using quite a lot carpent bombing before every major push, so my question is do you plan to add this feature also ?
You mentioned that human reinforcment will be in a way "time limited" and i am puzzled how will this work, let,s say that some of the trucks are destroyed before they reach their destination than what?
Well that is for now i have tons of questions but it is beter not to push my luck ;D

Here goes:
Can you tell us or give us some hint on that how many missions will have or you plan to have each campaign?
The "Overlord" Campaign Expansion will have 2 campaigns as per Mission Kursk. The first will have the player taking British/Canadian forces through a 9 mission (Chapter) campaign. Starting with GOLD Beach and then following on with missions representing each major stage of the fighting around Caen. Finishing with Operation Goodwood.
The second campaign will have the player taking the American's through 6 missions as they attempt to advance inland through bocage country towards St.Lo. Then concentrate on Operation Cobra culminating in the German counter-offensive around Mortain.
Do you plan to implement naval artillery?
Yes, this will be similar to the off-map artillery utilised in Mission Kursk.
From what i have read about this battles i found out that allies were using quite a lot carpent bombing before every major push, so my question is do you plan to add this feature also ?
Carpet Bombing usually pre-empted offensives, so in most situations the effects will be represented through cratered fields and smashed villages. However, in at least one mission the player will have control of massed bomber attacks.
You mentioned that human reinforcement will be in a way "time limited" and i am puzzled how will this work, let,s say that some of the trucks are destroyed before they reach their destination than what?
Most battalion reserves (which the re-supply trucks represent) were brought up during the night. Thus, for large missions the supply trucks (Troop replacement) will arrive at set times. They will also be scripted to dis-appear at set times as well, so there will be a limited window to reinforce depleted troops. This will encourage players to develop effective ways of re-supply and maintaining a strong defence.
If a re-supply truck get destroyed that will represent the company reserves taking a direct hit.
Well that is for now i have tons of questions but it is beter not to push my luck ;D
Anytime.

Is there a realistic estimate about the release date yet ? And what about a demo or beta test?

No relaese date yet, although we are aiming for sometime during 4/06. And yes, as with the last two expansions there will be a Demo released in due course.

Here are some new German units. (Left to Right) Stug IV, 2 types of FlakPanzer IV Mobelwagon & JagdPanzer IV/48. The side armour plates on the Mobelwagon will be raised when the units are moving and then drop down when it stops.

Yes it would be nice to have wittmann and his tiger tanks in this add on , but the tigers i think it would be better to be stronger like in armours same in cannon , and Adrian will the units have this yelow textures or it will be changed??
