Hello, I have dowloaded the 1.31 patch for BK II, but I do not know where/how to put it into the game. It sure would be nice not to have the game crash right when it loads!
When I get my Kursk disk, which patches am I going to want to apply. I live in the US of A. Thanks much Guys! woohooo!

Well first Massusaman, the game kursk only plays on BK1, NOT BK II.
The 1.31 patch again is for Kursk game, so just hold on to it till you get the BK1 game and the Kursk CD.
I suggest you go to the main Activegameing site and read the type of patchs you will need for kursk, as there are a few that might help, like shorter ranges, less explosions patch that might course CTD, and so on.
Hope it all works out for you. ;D

Sorry to dis-appoint you, but Mission Kursk campagn expansion is for the orginial Blitzkrieg game NOT Blitzkrieg II.
As far as I am aware there is no 1.31 patch for BK 2, although there is a 1.31 patch for Mission Kursk, but this would not have installed unless you have the originial Blitzkrieg game on your computer.

arrgh, my bad. I have Bk 1, BK 2, Burning Horizons, Mission Barbarossa, Rolling thunder on my computer. I downloaded the BK 2 1.3 patch, my error on writing earlier 1.31 on my previous post. I do not have Kursk yet, but I have BK2 installed. I will be putting Kursk on BK original (1), and keeping the long range, and hope to have the correct designations once I do the downloads. You guys helped me on the 20mm patch for Bk 1. I tried to follow the same instructions to put the BK2 patch into the game, but I am lost as to what to do?? I have the file saved onto my computer, but I don't know which folder to "drop" it into. THanks again, I hope I haven't made this more confusing for you! Just finished Barbarossa last month, was very fun, wasn't Quite ready for the last Russian tank charge in the last mission, whew!

The Blitz 2 patch is self-extracting so it should do it all automatically for you?

If you are trying to put the 1.31 patch into Kursk, then it is self extracting As Adrian said.
C:\Program files\Nival Interactive\Blitzkrieg\mod\kursk\data.
Thats the path you need, will show a read me file in the kursk data, showing what is in the patch, that will tell you you have it in.
If you have that readme in the data of kursk, you have the patch in. ;D
