Whats the next project ?

After the first experiences with BK 2 i hope Mission Kursk will not be your last project for BK 1. The success of Babarossa and Kursk should make you confident to produce a new Addon.

Scenario could be : Battle of the Bulge or The Battle for Berlin including the Battle at the Seelower heights.

Think about it because i would buy it after my first ours with Kursk.

Thanks for the compliments. Yes we are planning further expansions but will not say if these are for Bk 1 or Bk 2 just yet

Personally, The Battle of the Bulge has been done to death and The Battle of Berlin, although interesting is a bit one sided.

What ever you do is ok ,but please dont folow the way that BKII went,that thing went in to the dark side further than Dart Veder did.

Ithink that it would be great if you cover Operation Typhon or Operation Blau in some of your next add ons.

Ohhhh,

First of all it´s a good note that you are planing further expansions, but when will you give us information about it, you know, it´s close to Christmas so time for some surprises.

Also by considering new projects, don´t ignore a great community that really loves the BK 1 engine and all you made out of it. The actual stage of reality in Mission Kursk and the gameplay as well as the map quality and size is highly appreciate by all the fans. BK 2 is a good game but it´s heart is very different to BK 1.

I agree it doesn't really matter what scenairo it is, as long as it's made really well, and adds to the previous experiences in some ways.. ;D

Plenty of stuff to choose from, Bagration russkie style, Crimea, North Africa / Mediterranean, Italy, Atlantic... uhm.. well maybe not Atlantic.. ..or whatever.

Perhaps a mixed side scenario this time? Again it doesn't really matter.

I don't see a need to jump onto a new engine either. You could easily stick to BK1 for a few more missions, if that suits you better.

Yes you all have a point, this is all under reveiw at the moment.

Adrian and co have not made there minds up yet as to what is the next project, though It has been talked on the next area of an add on, but nothing Is concrete yet.

I beleave there may be something in the future, but as yet this Is not confirmed.

Waiting on developements is the word I get.

Kharkov 1943 is my vote. BK I of course. Wouldn't buy that other imitation game. What's it called Bullkrap II.

But it can perhaps help Activegaming making their decision if the new Addon is for the BK 1 or BK 2 Engine. I prefer the BK 1 Engine for one more Addon.

We will get a loz of stuff in the future for BK 2 but right now after the experience with Kursk, please make another one.

Thanks guys for the support. We are still evaluating Blitz 2 so can't say if the next Add-On will be for Blitz 1 or 2.

However, what I can say as we have already done two expansion packs centred on the German point of view. The next will not be.

I agree with everything I'm reading here. The BKI series MUST be continued. From what I've seen BKII isn't really going to go anywhere and I don't think it will gain quite the following that BKI has!
Bearing this in mind it would be a shame to see the main focus shift to BKII and have BKI neglected. You know it makes good business sense!!!!!

I must admit I would to prefer the next add on to come from BK1, have said in so many words allready to the leaders of the pack.

But the last decision is theres.

I think It will be after Christmas before any real decision is made, like you I hope its the right one.
