Stalingrad of Kursk question

Hey there, we have a problem with this mission at the BK Portal. One guy has conquered the first village called Shirokoe as ordered an then hasn´t received reinforcements and gets always the message mission lost when he tries to move south to the next objective the bridge. He told me he has fulfilled the objective to conquer the village and has also passed the counter attack on the village.

Is there a timer or something else causing the loss. I thought only not following the orders will cause the message mission lost. Is there another trigger like to much losses as far as you have only Infantry and 3 Stug to conquer the viallge.

Are you sure he has taken Shirokoe?

The only trigger that looses the mission for the player at this stage in the mission is if he has lost too many of his infantry and has not taken Shirokoe village.

The Russian counter-attack can occur before the village is taken.
