Bit of confusion going on... CDV announced a new MOD - Mission Barbarossa - yesterday. From the description and screenshots (especially here blitzkrieg-bunker.de/wbb/thread.php?postid=5082#post5082) it looks like Ostfront: Barbarossa. Is this just an official German release of Ostfront CDV are talking about? |

I can now announce that CDV Software Entertainment AG have acquired the License to publish 'Ostfront: Barbarossa' under the name 'Mission: Barbarossa'.
It will be sold as a Mod Add-On to Blitzkrieg, Burning Horizons and Rolling Thunder, NOT as a Stand-alone game as previous Blitzkrieg Add-Ons. Other than the name change there is no other changes to the game.
This now allows the ACTive Gaming team to concentrate on further Add-Ons for Blitzkrieg and Blitzkrieg 2. Further details regarding the first of these; Project Kursk will be announced shortly.
