Ordering Mission: Barbarossa from CDV?

I've been following Ostfront here for a long time. I just today ordered Mission: Barbarossa from CDV---

I live in the USA, and I just read that the release date for USA is March 29th--- Will I be sent the US/English version of the game?, @/or will I have to wait for the release date for it to be sent to me? lol, or will I have to learn German real quick here?

I dont currently have Blitzkrieg, but was happy to hear that M:B will play on BH---- will I have to download any mods once I get the game, or is it set? THanks, and I am looking forward to some real battles! whoohoo!

If you ordered from the CDV website (English) I would think you will get the English version

Mission:Barbarossa will work fine with Burning Horizons, no need for additional patches.
