Sounds like the best thing for Now is to leave the fir trees out and try with others.
This might not be perfect, but would allow you to test the map on a flag captureing game.
Just use the other trees for effect.

Well the good news is the Assault map works extremely well, although more suited for a 2v2. In testing I had one sunc error but in general played the map well over 20 minutes with no probs.
I will concentrate on getting a patch created this week. And also another Flag map. Can you send me the map you are having problems with and I will see what I can do.

I'm also having issues with the MP version of OSTFRNT we try playing and we always sync-out. on every map after about 10 minutes of play. we all have the same files cant figure it out. Did ya'll test this portion out before?

It was tested succesfuly.
I don't and can't play MP yet because my area still has no DSL connection, i'm on the telephone line.
Until someone else arrives i can only advise you to ensure that you have removed every last trace of any other mods you may have been using.

The MP maps were tested successfully using both GAmespy and Direct IP. But, as you know out-of sync errors do occur on a regular basis and I suspect this is down to various issues.
Maps play fine over the LAN with no issues during testing.
