Why is the AI Artillery Still So Accurate!

It may seem that way but artillery accuracy depends on the dispersion rate and the range. The further the guns are away the less accurate they are as the dispersion rate is a multiplier of range. Thus, in general AI mortars wil be fairly accurate.

Also in certain missions the Russian have look out posts well forwrad in concealed positions. These are either Officers using Binoculars or Russian snipers.

Well In Ostfront , I think it is just about right, espec the Morters.

The Heavy arty also gave quite a punch from a distance.
