Here you go, some new allied trucks and also an example of the new 256 textures for the Germans. (Left to right: Dodge 3 ton, Dodge GS 4x4 & Morris Quad). The two Dodge trucks were used extensively by the allies (produced in Canada & under License). In fact many of the Dodge 3 tonners ended up in German hands after the collapse of France. The limber for the Morris Quad will come attached with a new 25 pdr model. With the higher resolution textures (256x256) we are now able to show greater detail on our models. Here you can see this Panther plastered in "Zimmerit" anti-magnetic mines coating.

Hi guys just a quick question and im sorry if its been covered before but will you be including PIATs in the expanision? I saw you are doing panzerfausts earlier which is really great as it is a bad gap in BK, but I think PIATs would make it the best expansion ever lol.

Yep, PIATs are already featured. We just didn't mention them as they were in RTV 1.3 already. ;D

Well don't keep your hopes too high either because the PIAT wasn't that good and its limited efficiency will be modeled too... Better than nothing though, I'll grant you that.

Well though they were cumbersome and unreliable they could still go through up to 100mm of armour, and they didnt give off a large smoke ploom like the rocket powered german and american AT weapons, but yes i agree with you that they were limited

The second is a chevorlet like the Morris, where the Britsish used allso in Africa and all other parts of the world to support Inf/Tank units. The Panthers look good and fit the bill.

Looking better and better. On a sidenote... I finally finished the last mission of Kursk..... yeah I know I'm slow :-))
I did notice something though. When I play a mission I usually don't go for the immediate objectives.... meaning that I go for the artillery straight away. That means that sometimes I get strange results because I have troops stationed where they are not supposed to be :-) I ususally attack from behind or from the flanks. AT guns, artillery and so on are dug in pointing away from me, giving me a great advantage. Or sometimes guns appear suddenly where my inf. or armored recon vehicles are, heheh.
Maybe it is more "authentic" to go for the objectives no matter what. But then again I don't like to see my panzers and inf. blown to pieces by hidden art. and AT guns. OH well.
Can't wait for the sequel. Any release date set yet? Guess not.
/edit
One other thing. Artillery, AT guns and so on used *everything* to hide them from sight, from brushes, trees, to pieces of wood, stone and so on. Is it possible to reflect that in the game, without making it a lot harder to recognize the units?
