Last mission

I was playing this mission and while playing i must have recived more than 1000 messages "Defend Okaibriski farm",then 1000 more you failed and 1000 more Re take the farm the same thing hapened and with Hill 251or 252 ;D,and i don,t know if those messages were the case or the units on map but it is allmost unplayable (this one reminded me on my MP days).


BTW
Did anyone manage to finish this map,those russian tanks keep coming and coming,if this was the same in Kursk then that is the last place were you would like to be fighting on german side.

This looks like a looping script error . Will check and get back to you.

Edit: Couldn't find any obvious loops. Did you move to take your initial objectives straight away or use your Recon Plane within the first 3 minutes of this mission?

Today i restarted this mission from the start and i didn,t move anything and after a while russian atack strted against my norther units but the main thing is that everything was going ok and smoth today.

Yesterday i also didn,t move anything but i think that i have sent a recon plane early in the begining or it was fighters and those atack were not stoping at all.


BTW

I counted something abot 65 russian tanks in that wave and you imagine how much were yesterday when there was no end(someone should give me iron cross for dealing with that one) ;D

Thanks Iliya we have found the problem and as you have noticed the bug does not occur all the time. There is roughly a 15% chance it will happen if you do nothing for the first three minutes.

This will be rectified in Patch 1.31. Sorry you keep tripping over these problems . Hopefully you are still enjoying the game.

Yes, this mission has around that number of Russian tanks. It isn't easy

Well from the moment i recived this game my live look,s like this.

I get up to go to work,i return from work i play Mission Kursk then i go to sleep and ......So there is no social live for me this days.

Once again this are the best map ever created and your mod is like i said before real master piece.

Problem sorted. Fix will be released in upcoming patch. Script did not close loop properly if player had waited and did nothing until the Russians attacked.

Hi people it is me again,after i have finished with northern campaign chapther i decieded to try this mission once again.The first part went ok,after i have managed to repel those russian atacks all over the front i started to prepare for my asault on those vilages.As soon as i started with my asault the second russian asault took place and with those neverending russian reinforcment i lost Okaibriskii farm and this objective started to reaper every 20 or 30 seconds so it seems that there is some kind of problem regarding this farm ,maybe is haunted ;D.There has to be more than 40 AT guns in there and who knows how many AAguns and mortars.

Well. at this moment of the mission I have lost HILL 252 and VESALISKA. I have defended (till this moment) HILL 241 and STOROZHEOVE2, and have recaptured HILL 252. But at the very moment I move towards any of the objectives of the mission, in other part of the map begins to appear hundreds of russian T34 and infantryman to take me back of my remaining defensive positions. I have spend five hours and I can´t do anything. Is this a loop like said in the previous posts?

Yes, that's the problem that'll be fixed with patch 1.31.

When will this patch be released? I just finished the Southern campaign and I am ready for the Northern one. I would never mention that it took over 80 hrs and over 90 reloads to finish this campaign . What a marvelous gaming experience ;D. I am hoping one day for a final German add-on to take in the early part of the War(Poland, France, Balkans). Kind of a trilogy with Ostfront and Kursk..

I have finished the last mission. I began it from the last savegame of the seventh mission, and after repel a lot of russian attacks, I was told I had completed the mission, but these objectives are not marked as finished in the briefing:
CLEAR IMAKI (I have not completed this point)
HOLD VESALISKA (I held it I don't remember how many times) ;D
HOLD HILL 241 (the same as before) ;D
CAPTURE PROKHOROVKA (I have not completed this point)

and surely there are hundreds of russian infantrymen walking peacefully in the blinded parts of the map.

Am I crazy, or this is the end?

Sounds like you defeated the hordes of Russian tanks so yes you have finshed the mission. Have you installed Patch 1.3?
